Blue Dress with Jacket

We were invited to a wedding reception, and I used the opportunity to try a somewhat more ambitious project: a princess-seamed dress with accompanying jacket.

Lots of firsts with this project:

• first major pattern alteration
• first zippers
• first buttons
• first princess seams
• first darts
• first faced project
