This is a spell that can be used to prepare an item to receive
enchantment. See the DM for particulars of creating any magical item,
but in principal, this spell acts like the 6th level spell Enchant an
Item. Unfortunately, Menzelbra's spell is much less powerful than the
better-known spell, and so is only capable of enchanting charged
magical items with fairly weak enchantments. Typically, a maximum of
four charges can be imbued into an object.

Creating magical items is fairly difficult, and typically requires
large quantities of wealth, extremely rare ingredients, or both. A
good guideline is that the more powerful the item to be created is,
the more expensive and dangerous it will be to create it.
